Informal or Open Recruitment
Non Compis Mentis often hosts informal recruitment events in both the fall and spring semesters. Informal recruitment events are open to any eligible, unaffiliated women interested in joining the NCM sisterhood.
Formal Recruitment
Formal Recruitment gives potential new members the opportunity to learn more about all of the sororities on campus. The events and selection process for women’s formal recruitment at Rollins are typically held in January.

The Rollins FSL community participates in a deferred recruitment model to encourage first-year college students to transition into their new surroundings with a focus on academics. As such, no first-semester freshmen are permitted to participate in open recruitment in the fall semester.
