NCM encourages all members to grow their leadership skills.

Beyond chapter participation, our sisters hold a variety of leadership roles at Rollins: working as Peer Mentors and RAs, belonging to a variety of honor societies, and serving on the College Panhellenic Council to name a few.

A number of NCMers have gone on to receive the college’s Fiat Lux Award as graduating seniors; the award recognizes the most established and honorable student leaders on campus.
